Terms and Conditions

Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any tax shown at checkout. Payment is taken through Paystack. An order or booking is confirmed only once Paystack confirms the payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will offer you a full refund if we do.

Products are subject to availability. If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund it in full. Product photos are for illustration, and specifications are as stated on each product page. Any warranty is as stated on the product page or receipt.

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. You can track your order on the Track Order page. Please check your items on delivery and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at [email protected] or +2349155743615 with your order number. We will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate. This does not affect your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Orders that have not been dispatched can usually be cancelled for a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.

OctaSpace bookings are also governed by our Booking Policy, which you accept when you book. It covers opening hours, Flex, rescheduling, cancellation fees and refunds. If the Booking Policy and these terms conflict on a booking matter, the Booking Policy applies.

OctaConsult work (design, software, IT support and repairs) is agreed with you separately. The scope, price and timeline in that agreement apply.

Coupons and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and our User Agreement. Only one coupon can be used per order unless we say otherwise.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Rivers State, though we will always try to resolve problems directly with you first.
