User Agreement

Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has used it.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account and place orders or bookings.

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• claim more than one coupon per person, or use other people's details to claim one;
• try to access other users' accounts or our admin area;
• interfere with the site's security or performance, or scrape it at scale;
• resell bookings or access codes without our permission.

Personal coupons are limited to one per email address and phone number, are sent only to that email address, and can be used once, online or in store. Online, a personal coupon works only at a checkout that uses the email address it was sent to.

Promo codes are shared codes we publish for campaigns. Each has its own discount and may have a start and end date, a minimum order value, a maximum discount and limits on how many times it can be used in total and by each customer.

One coupon or promo code can be used per order. Discounts apply to the items, not to delivery, and a code counts as used once the order is paid. Coupons and promo codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. We may withdraw a code, or cancel an order, where a code was obtained or used in breach of this agreement, for example through automated or fake sign-ups.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks this agreement or our Terms and Conditions. You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Records we must keep by law, such as past orders, are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will email you about your account, orders and bookings. These service emails are part of using an account and are not marketing.

We may update this agreement. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the updated version.
